Upstate Scuba, LLC offers many classes to fit your schedule and needs.  Below is a list of the classes we will be offering over the next few months.

August 9, 2010 Open Water Class:  We are taking names for our August, 2010 open water class.  Contact us to sign up for this course to begin your underwater adventure.

August 11, 2010:  NITROX Class, this is a very interesting class which will enable you to take advantage of the many benefits of diving nitrox, you will have longer bottom times, and shorter surface intervals.  Go to our events page for upcoming dates!

August, 2010 Advance Open Water Class:  We are also taking names for our next Advance Open Water Class.  If you have 24 dives, you are ready to expand your knowledge of the open water world.  Call or come in the store today to learn more about the great adventure you have already started.  Don't forget to look at our events page for upcoming dates!

August, 2010 Dry Suit Class:  We will also be offering a Dry Suit Class this month.  Anyone interested in learning the proper way to dive a dry suit needs this class.  Sign up today!

  August, 2010 Stress & Rescue Class:  We are taking names for our Stress & Rescue class this month.  If you are interested in helping a fellow diver or working on your Master Diver Card this is the class for you.  Please come by and sign-up today!

 

Classes

     Our Open Water class is perfect for the person interested in learning to scuba dive.  It is a four week course meeting once a week in the evenings.  We combine classroom with pool sessions to optimize the fun and enjoyment of scuba diving.  After your four week course we meet at one of our local lakes to finish your open water training in the actual open water environment.  We also offer Advance Open Water training, and Dive Con certification.  What ever your scuba experience level is we have a course or specialty for you!

     We also offer a Scuba Skills Update Course for those wanting to refresh their skills.  This is a great course for those who don't always get to dive as often as they would like.  It is also a great course for people who have just purchased new equipment.  You can learn how to operate that new computer or BC, see how those new regulators work before that big dive trip.  All this and more will be in this great update course.

     Learn CPR, Upstate Scuba now offers CPR classes through the American Heart Association.  Other Classes available are First Aid and AED.
